  • Each NFC card is linked to a digital profile set up according to the package you select.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual item.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Payments must be made in full before your order is processed.
  • We accept payments through HitPay.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We will ship your order to the address provided during checkout.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • If your NFC card is malfunctioning upon arrival, you may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Refunds will only be provided if the card is defective and cannot be replaced.
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

6. Use of NFC Card & Digital Profile

  • You are responsible for the content and information you provide in your digital profile.
  • We reserve the right to remove or disable any profile containing inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content.
  • NFC cards are intended for personal and business networking purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or expenses resulting from the misuse of our products.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including text, graphics, and product designs, is the property of NFC Card and may not be used without permission.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
