At NFC Card, we strive to provide high-quality NFC cards and excellent customer service. Please read our policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Replacement for Malfunctioning Cards

If your NFC card is found to be malfunctioning upon arrival, you may request a replacement.

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and a clear photo/video showing the defect.
  • We will arrange for a replacement card to be sent to you at no extra cost.

2. Digital Profile Provision

Each NFC card comes with a digital profile that will be set up according to the package you selected at the time of purchase. Once the digital profile has been created and activated, it will be linked to your card.

3. Refunds

Refunds will only be processed in cases where:

  • The card is defective and cannot be replaced.
  • We are unable to fulfill your order.

Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Orders where the card is functional but the customer changes their mind.
  • Any card that has been damaged due to misuse after delivery.
